Solenari Care sells digital products only. We do not ship physical goods.

No printed book, physical package, parcel, envelope, or tangible product will be shipped to you.

You will not be charged for physical shipping because no physical product is shipped.

This Policy is written for customers purchasing through our United States-facing storefront experience, but digital delivery may be available to other supported regions where checkout is enabled.

If you enter the wrong email address, you may not receive your order confirmation or download link.

Because no physical shipment is made, tracking numbers are not provided.

Order confirmation and digital access information serve as delivery confirmation for digital products.

We are not responsible for loss of access caused by customer deletion, device loss, email loss, unauthorized sharing, or failure to save the product.
