This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made through solenaricaree.shop, operated under the trade name Solenari Care by MV EDUCATION LTD (“Solenari Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Solenari Care sells digital products, including downloadable guides, educational materials, self-care resources, beauty and style guides, and other digital content. Because our products are delivered electronically and made available immediately after purchase, our return and refund rules are different from those that apply to physical goods.
Please read this Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Digital Product Delivery
All products sold by Solenari Care are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.
After successful payment approval, your digital product will be made available through one or more of the following methods:
- A download link displayed on the order confirmation page;
- A confirmation email sent to the email address provided at checkout;
- Customer account access, when applicable;
- Any additional digital access method described on the product page.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and accurate email address at checkout and to check spam, junk, promotions, or filtered inbox folders after purchase.
2. Refund Window
Refund requests may be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.
After seven (7) calendar days from the purchase date, refunds are no longer available, except where required by applicable law.
For example, if you purchase a digital product on April 1, you must contact us no later than April 8 to request a refund review. Requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be approved when:
- The customer contacts us within seven (7) calendar days of purchase;
- The customer provides the order number and the email address used at checkout;
- The product was purchased accidentally and the customer contacts us promptly;
- The customer purchased the same digital product more than once by mistake;
- The customer is unable to access the digital product due to a verified technical issue that Solenari Care cannot resolve within a reasonable time;
- The wrong digital product was delivered due to an error attributable to Solenari Care.
Refund approval is not automatic. We may request additional information to verify the order, the issue, and the customer’s eligibility.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The refund request is made more than seven (7) calendar days after purchase;
- The customer changed their mind after accessing or downloading the product;
- The customer did not read the product description before purchase;
- The customer expected a physical product, even though the product page and store indicate digital delivery;
- The customer entered an incorrect email address and did not contact us within the refund window;
- The customer’s device, software, internet connection, email provider, or file reader prevents access to the product, unless the issue is caused by Solenari Care;
- The customer states that they no longer want or need the digital product after delivery;
- The customer has already received the product and the product matches its description;
- The product was purchased during a final sale, promotional bundle, limited-time offer, or special discount clearly marked as non-refundable, unless required by law;
- The customer requests a refund after substantially using, downloading, copying, sharing, or otherwise accessing the digital content.
5. No Physical Returns
Because Solenari Care sells digital products only, there are no physical returns.
You do not need to mail, ship, or return any item to us. Any reference to “return” in this Policy means the review of your refund request for a digital purchase.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us by email within seven (7) calendar days of purchase:

- Your full name;
- Your order number;
- The email address used at checkout;
- The name of the digital product purchased;
- The date of purchase;
- A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund;
- Screenshots or supporting details if the issue is technical.
Incomplete requests may take longer to process.
7. Technical Access Issues
If you have trouble accessing your digital product, please contact us before requesting a refund. Many access issues can be resolved quickly.
Common solutions include:
- Checking your spam, junk, or promotions folder;
- Confirming that the email address used at checkout is correct;
- Trying a different browser or device;
- Downloading the file again from the confirmation page;
- Ensuring your PDF reader or file viewer is updated;
- Contacting us so we can resend the access link when appropriate.
If we confirm that a technical issue is caused by Solenari Care and we cannot provide access within a reasonable time, we may approve a refund within the 7-day refund window.
8. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.
If we verify that the duplicate purchase was accidental, we may refund the duplicate transaction. The original purchase will remain valid and accessible.
9. Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive the wrong digital product because of an error by Solenari Care, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may, at our discretion:
- Provide the correct digital product;
- Replace the incorrect access link;
- Issue a refund if we cannot provide the correct product.
10. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once approved, refunds are usually processed by us within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Your bank, credit card provider, payment processor, or financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Solenari Care is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or third-party payment platforms.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at contact@solenaricaree.shop so we can try to resolve the issue.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay the resolution process. We reserve the right to provide order records, delivery confirmation, download access logs, customer communications, and other relevant evidence to the payment processor when responding to chargebacks or disputes.
12. Exchanges
Because our products are digital, we generally do not offer exchanges.
However, if you purchased the wrong digital product by mistake and contact us within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, we may review your request and, at our discretion, offer store credit, replacement access, or another reasonable solution.
13. Product Descriptions and Customer Responsibility
We make reasonable efforts to describe our digital products accurately, including their general topic, format, intended use, and delivery method.
Before purchasing, customers are responsible for reviewing:
- The product title;
- The product description;
- The price;
- The digital delivery notice;
- Any included materials or limitations;
- This Refund and Return Policy.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that may be delivered immediately.
14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
If a law that applies to your purchase requires a different refund, cancellation, or remedy, Solenari Care will comply with that law.
